First proposed the “Campus” concept in China: Workplace life is a pleasure here
Based on the understanding of the park environment and three-dimensional supporting industries, GLP I-Park has taken the lead in helping settled enterprises to recruit and retain better talents and stimulate the creativity of settled enterprise employees and give talents more inspirations by creating a good environment.
Take the GLP I-Park project located in Shunyi District of Beijing for example. It is designed by Singapore national treasure master Chen Jiayi. In the middle of square-shaped building, the internal mosaic landscape is set as the visual center and with an ingenious use of the alienation between buildings, freely rotational facades, natural flowers and grass and air purified by technological device, people here are exposed to the beautiful landscape and enjoy the office space combing nature with modern art. BMW R&D Center in Asia is located in this project site.
Meanwhile, as most employees of enterprises in the creative R&D park are young people having accepted higher education, GLP I-Park puts forward the concept of Campus firstly in the industry to help employees of the settled enterprises adapt to the park environment better and enjoy their working life more freely. For example, in the GLP I-Park Xi’an— GLP I-Park’s benchmarking demonstrative science and technology R&D park in the whole northwest, apart from architectures and the overall environment designed into campus style, such support facilities as basketball court, football field, fitness center, modern and fashionable canteen and leisure area are also provided. The park has also adopted a comprehensive intelligent management system, such as one-card intelligent platform for the park, facilitating work and life and serving as a “new science-technology town” model. Better yet, such activities as basketball games, football games and music festivals are held periodically in the park based on the idea that “there is not just work in GLP I-Park,” helping young people make more friends and live a better life to add to the sense of belonging to the employees of enterprises settled there.
